Are umbrellas and sunbeds included in the price?

Yes, in our village rate when the beach service is active: all those who are guests of our accommodation, have a parasol with two sunbeds included.

The guests of our campsite can rent umbrellas and sunbeds when the beach service is active.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are included in the booking for a fee, and only if they are regularly registered and have health documentation. They must be kept on a leash.

It is strictly forbidden to leave the animals unattended inside the facilities, or free within the village. The animals found free and without medal will be delivered to the competent authority with exclusion of any responsibility by the Management. Appropriate equipment for collecting the animals’ excrement shall be available to the owners.

In our area there are no beaches equipped for animals, but it is customary that tourists as well as residents, at their discretion, bring their pets to the free beach that follows the private one and extends over a large area.

What does the pitch rent include?

CAMPING rates include:

-the animation service and access to the swimming pools, (only during the period when they are available)

-Access to sports facilities,

-Hot and cold water utilities,

-electricity 6A (excluding for WILD pitch)

– a parking space arranged by the management for tent pitches

-check-in from 12:00 – check-out by 9:00

The rates do not include:

-everything not expressly indicated in the reservation,

-the possibility of hosting pets if not indicated with supplement within your reservation,

-the rental of the camping cot, the stroller, the high chair,

-renting refrigerators or camping stoves,

-the rental of umbrellas and sunbeds,

-check-in before 12:00 – check-out after 9:00

*the minimum stay bookable in August is 7 nights for some types of pitches

The overnight rates include:
-the beach service: a parasol with two beds per accommodation, (only in the period when it is available)
-the animation service and access to the swimming pools, (only during the period when it is available)
-Access to sports facilities (football and tennis courts),
-the air conditioning system,
-a bed set (mattress topper, sheets, pillowcases and pillows)
-a set of dishes (cups, glasses, plates, pan, pan and cutlery),
-Various users,
-final cleaning (for stays of more than 7 nights),
-VAT 10%
-check-in from 15:00 – check-out by 9:00

-nothing that is not explicitly expressed
-the possibility of hosting pets in some units (if not dedicated to them) or if not indicated with supplement within your reservation,
-set towels (hands, bidet, shower) can be rented for €6,00 per person the single change.

What are your cancellation policies?

Terms of Cancellation

From 30 days before arrival (30% of the booking)

From 20 days before arrival (50% of the reservation)

From 14 days before arrival (100% of the reservation)

Fixed cancellation fees: 60,00

Can I insure my holiday?

We recommend that you take out insurance to protect your cancellation fees.

Our hotel has a special agreement with CARE4UHOTEL.

We recommend that you take out insurance within 48 hours of your booking confirmation.
